Restocking Fees: To avoid a 25% restocking fee, please
make sure there is NO shipping tape, address labels, or postage affixed to
the shoe box itself. You can wrap the shoe box with a paper bag or put the
shoe box in another shipping box.
All shoes must be returned in their original pre-delivery
condition to qualify for a return or exchange. Shoes that have been worn
outside or have visible wear in the foot bed are not considered to be in new
condition and will be returned to the customer at his or her expense. If you
think you might return your shoes, please test wear them on a carpeted
surface to prevent damage to the shoe.
All returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number!
You need to request a RA (Return Authorization) # before sending the
product back to us (see: 'Step 1' above). If you send shoes back without a
RA number, you will forfeit your right to receive a refund or exchange. Make
sure you receive a return authorization number before sending us back your
Returns must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of
customer's order receive date. Returns received over the 30 day return
period will NOT be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense
or else donated to charity. If your merchandise is defective, you may
request a replacement within 90 days of your order receive date. NO
replacements for discontinued shoes.
A copy of the Original Receipt is required for all
returns. If you are requesting an exchange for a second or third time, you
do not need the original receipt.
Customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges
to send the shoes back to TallMenShoes.com Inc for all returns.
Replacement / Exchange Shipping Charges
Domestic Customers: We will pay to have your
replacement shipped to you via UPS Ground..
International Customers: Customer is
responsible for all related freight charges. The shipping cost is the
same as your previous order.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for refund credit to
appear on your statement.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable in any cases.
Expedited and International shipping charges are not refundable, no
Special Order Items are not refundable, no exceptions.
